To find out what you can cook with what you have, photograph your fridge, cupboards or ingredients and let a recipe app design a meal from them. CEMP Life's Chef's Hub uses Super Intelligence (SI) to recognise every ingredient in your photos (up to five) and create one complete, macro-balanced recipe from what is visible, with step-by-step instructions and estimated protein, carbohydrate and fat.
Why it saves money
- You cook what you already bought, so less goes in the bin
- One recipe, not fifty, so there is no decision fatigue
- Steps written for the ingredients you actually have
- A macro estimate, so dinner fits your goals
How does a fridge recipe app work?
- Open Chef's Hub in the Food and Nutrition pod.
- Photograph the fridge shelves, the cupboard or a pile of ingredients on the counter. Add more photos (up to five) to include the freezer or pantry.
- SI identifies the ingredients it can see.
- You get one optimal recipe that uses them, with steps and an estimated macro breakdown.
You do not type a list or tick boxes. The camera does the inventory.
Why one recipe beats a recipe search
Recipe sites assume you will shop for the recipe. Leftover search tools return dozens of options that each need two things you do not have. Chef's Hub works the other way round: it starts from what is in front of you and chooses the best single dish. Fewer choices, faster dinner.
Ideas it handles well
- Half-used vegetables that will not last another two days
- One protein and a cupboard of rice, pasta, tins and spices
- Post-shop planning: photograph the shopping bags and get tonight's meal
- High-protein days: the macro estimate shows whether it fits your target

CEMP Life puts 20+ SI tools in one app: calorie counter, food and allergen scanner, recipe maker, wellness sensors, crash detection, car diagnosis, contract checker, receipt scanner and a full creator studio. No account needed. Nothing stored.

How to get a better recipe from your photos
- Open the doors wide and shoot in good light so labels and colours are visible.
- Take one photo per shelf rather than one blurry overview.
- Include the cupboard staples (oil, spices, grains) so the recipe can use them.
- Move hidden items forward; the model can only use what it can see.
Does it help with food waste?
Household food waste is mostly a planning problem: things are bought, forgotten and thrown away. A tool that looks at what you own and proposes a specific meal converts that waste into dinner, which is one of the clearest money-saving uses of SI in daily life.
How Chef's Hub fits with the other food tools
Chef's Hub is one of three tools in CEMP Life's Food and Nutrition pod. CalorieScan counts calories and macros from a photo of the finished plate, and PureScan checks packaged ingredients for allergens and additives. Together they cover the question before shopping, before cooking and before eating. The overview is in the best food scanner app.
